Small Cabin Sleeps 2 - 3 ppl	We do not have set check-in or check-out days. Plan your vacation the way you want to!
Small Cabin w/ screened porch. Sleeps 2 - 3 ppl	Special off season rates are available the third week of August, if booked in advance. Call for dated & rates.
Medium Cabin Sleeps 3-4 ppl	Please call to book your reservation. We are not set up for online reservations only requests.
Medium Cabin w/ screened porch. Sleeps 3 - 4 ppl	All of our cabins were remodeled in 2006. All have color cable TV and air conditioning.
Large Cabin w/ screened porch. Sleeps up to 5 ppl	Thank you for visiting www.fernpark.com

An additional discount of 10% will be applied to all guests staying 7 nights or more.
** This rate is a discounted rate that is offered to our guests that are staying 3 nights or more.

*** We will take reservations for short stays of 1 or 2 nights, however the following conditions apply.

Reservations for 1 or 2 nights can be made up to 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Full payment must be made at the time of the reservation and is non-refundable.

You may call for current daily rates for short stays of 1 or 2 nights, the rates are not discounted as they are for stays of 3 nights or more.

Reservation Deposit: A credit card deposit of $125.00 (USD) per cabin is required for each cabin reservation\.

This deposit must be made via Master Card or Visa when making the reservation. We do not accept checks.

Cancellation Policy:

A 2 week (14 day) cancellation notice prior to your first nights stay to avoid forfeiting your deposit. There is cancellation/processing fee of $25.00 for any cancellation.
Cancellations of 2-13 days will forfeit the deposit on the reservation. (125.00)
Cancellations made 24 hours or less, prior to your arrival date or during holiday periods are considered a "no show" and will be charged the full amount for the reserved cabin. Customers that do not show up will be charged in full for the reserved time.

After your check-in, we do not issue refunds for any reason such as, but not limited to, stays shorter than originally reserved for, planned re-arrangement, inclement weather, illness, family disputes or early departure.

A Damage Deposit Your credit card number (on file) will be used to charge for any damages, extras or excessive cleaning fees..

Personal Property: We are not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal property.
